Job requirements

We are seeking a Lead – Zuora Billing & Revenue to spearhead the discovery, architectural design, and execution of new Go-To-Market (GTM) offerings and end-to-end Quote-to-Revenue transformation initiatives. In this dual-capability role, you will act as both the principal architecture authority and the configuration deployment manager across the Zuora ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between high-level business monetization strategy and technical implementation, ensuring seamless deployment lifecycles from initial discovery through production rollout Experience: 7+ years of total experience with enterprise order-to-revenue or subscription platforms, with at least 3–5+ years in a role focused on Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue (RevPro).

- Zuora Platform Mastery: Deep functional and configuration expertise in:

- Zuora Billing: Product Catalog,



Charge Models, Invoicing, Payment Gateways, and Zuora Workflows.

- Zuora Revenue: ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue schedules, contractual obligations, workbench rule configuration, and period-close automation.

- GTM & Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated success designing and delivering recent recurring revenue models (subscriptions, usage-based, hybrid, ramp deals).

- Deployment Control: Solid experience managing deployment lifecycles, configuration releases, and environment promotion strategies.

- Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate complex billing architecture and financial revenue concepts clearly to non-technical business leaders and executives
