Role Description The Senior Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site at projects based in Ahmedabad, ensuring work is completed according to design, safety, and quality standards. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising site teams, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and vendors, and monitoring progress against project schedules and budgets.

Engineer will review drawings and specifications, resolve technical issues, implement quality control procedures, and support structural and civil engineering requirements on the site. The role also involves preparing site reports, maintaining documentation, enforcing safety protocols,



and communicating project updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong on-site construction management skills, with the ability to oversee daily site operations and coordinate multiple teams.
- Effective communication abilities to collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Experience in quality control, including inspection of materials and workmanship, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and their application in building and infrastructure projects.
- Background as a civil engineer or similar role with hands-on experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications in construction management or safety are an advantage.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, project specifications, and construction documentation.
- Ability to use project management tools and basic software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD or similar) to track progress and report status.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to secure, timely, and high-quality project delivery.
- Minimum Experience: 5 years
