Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Site Engineer with 5+ years of experience in building construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, coordinating with contractors and consultants, maintaining quality and safety standards, monitoring progress, and ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, schedule, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Execute RCC, civil, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Review and understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors and project teams.
- Check work quality and ensure compliance with approved specifications and method statements.
- Monitor manpower, material and equipment deployment at site.
- Track daily progress against the project schedule and report delays or deviations.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and site records.
- Coordinate inspections and maintain quality control records.
- Check quantities and measurements of executed work.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper implementation of approved method statements, SOPs and safety procedures.
- Participate in site meetings and coordinate action points with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement/store teams.
- Maintain site registers, inspection records,



drawing registers and other project documentation.
- Support preparation of weekly/monthly progress reports and presentations.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution and monitoring of project activities.
- Ensure activities are completed within approved time, cost and quality parameters.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality or large-scale building projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings and site execution.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD and MS Project/Project Scheduling tools.
- Solid communication, coordination and reporting skills.
