Senior ServiceNow with HRSD

nLocation: Any of the main cities, Offshore or nearshore

nKey Skills: HRSD must be very robust with 5+ years of experience in same skill

nEmployment Type: Only FTE (Fulltime)

nSupport hours: IST & Overlapping hours if PST (till 12.30 am IST)

n

nMust have 7+ years of experience in modules ServiceNow experience with Human Resource Service Delivery(HRSD)

nSome experience with CSM and IT Service Management (ITSM)

nCovers modules: Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal, Automation

nReports and Dashboard

nExperience with Inbound and Outbound integrations with ServiceNow.

nMove integrations from the custom API call to the integration hub.

nServiceNow Release upgrade testing

nServiceNow Application security administration

nUser training for users to perform their day-to-day jobs by explaining ServiceNow standard practices

nMust have excellent communication and presentation skills

nMust have a pleasant attitude, be a team player
