Senior HVAC Service Technician

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000/month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Bangalore (Primary)

Core Responsibilities

- Advanced HVAC Systems Service
- Install, maintain, and repair complex HVAC systems, chillers, and precision AC units.
- Perform emergency breakdown repairs within 2-hour response window for priority clients.
- Conduct warranty services and system optimizations to enhance energy efficiency.
- Technical Leadership
- Train junior technicians in:
- Air/water system balancing
- Schematic reading (BMS/electrical diagrams)
- Confined space safety protocols
- Client & Compliance Management
- Resolve customer queries with fluency in Kannada, English,Hindi and Tamil.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Complying with service standards,



work instructions and customers' requirements.
- Assisting with customers' queries.
- Proven Field Service experience
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

- Education: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 3 To 5 years hands-on HVAC repair and service

Languages: English + Kannada/Tamil /Hindi Job Type: Full time
