About Wellcaza Group

Wellcaza Group operates across healthcare, education and geriatric care, with businesses including healthcare services, Wellcaza School of Health Sciences and geriatric-care services. We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Manager / SEO Growth Manager who can take ownership of our organic search strategy and build a scalable system for generating visibility, enquiries, admissions and business leads.This is a hands-on leadership role, not a conventional SEO execution position.

The Role The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Wellcaza Group's SEO and organic growth strategy across our education, healthcare and geriatric-care businesses.

You will be expected to identify opportunities, build the SEO roadmap, execute or manage implementation, analyse results and continuously improve organic lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Growth

Own the overall SEO strategy for Wellcaza Group.

Develop 90-day, 6-month and annual SEO growth plans.

Conduct detailed keyword and search-intent research.

Identify high-intent keywords capable of generating admissions, enquiries, appointments and business leads.

Conduct competitor and market analysis.

Develop strategies for improving organic visibility across Kerala and relevant national markets.

Technical SEO

Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits.

Manage crawling, indexing, canonicalisation, redirects, structured data, XML sitemaps and robots.txt.

Identify and resolve technical issues affecting rankings and organic traffic.

Work with developers to improve website architecture, Core Web Vitals, page speed and mobile performance.

Monitor Google Search Console and identify indexing and ranking issues.

On-Page & Content SEO

Develop keyword-driven website architecture and content strategies.

Optimise landing pages, course pages, healthcare service pages and location pages.





Build topic clusters and internal-linking strategies.

Develop SEO content briefs and guide content teams.

Identify content gaps and opportunities against competitors.

Optimise existing pages based on search performance and conversion data.

Local SEO

Develop and manage local SEO strategies for Wellcaza's locations.

Optimise Google Business Profiles and relevant local listings.

Improve visibility for location-based healthcare, education and geriatric-care searches.

Develop strategies for generating qualified local enquiries.

Education & Lead Generation SEO A major focus of this role will be the Wellcaza School of Health Sciences.

Use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and professional SEO platforms to monitor performance.

Track keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, organic traffic and conversions.

Track organic enquiries and lead quality.

Identify high-performing and under-performing pages.
