Role Description The Senior SEO Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Senior SEO Executive will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions across client projects. Daily tasks include conducting in-depth keyword research, performing technical and on-page SEO audits, optimizing website content and site structure, and managing link-building initiatives in line with best practices.

The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing SEO reports, and collaborating closely with content, design, and development teams to implement recommendations. The Senior SEO Executive will stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, identify new growth opportunities, and support integrated digital and social media marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and SEO Audits to identify opportunities and diagnose performance issues.
- Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in On-Page SEO, including meta tags, content optimization, internal linking,



and site structure enhancements.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Link Building, with a focus on ethical, high-quality backlink strategies.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Social Media Marketing to support integrated search and social growth initiatives.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, and prior experience in an SEO-focused role (agency experience preferred) is beneficial.
