Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA ABAP development and integration activities.
- Design and implement scalable technical solutions based on business and functional requirements.
- Provide technical leadership for ABAP development, enhancements, integrations, migration, and production support.
- Develop and review solutions using Object-Oriented ABAP, CDS Views, OData, and AMDP.
- Lead development of interfaces between SAP and external systems using IDocs, RFC, ALE/EDI, SOAP, REST, APIs, and proxy technologies.
- Design and implement enhancements using BADI, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, and other SAP enhancement techniques.
- Lead workflow development and integration initiatives.
- Review and optimize ABAP programs, database queries, CDS Views, and AMDP implementations for performance.
- Develop and support ALV, classical and interactive reports, BDC programs, function modules, and dialog applications.
- Manage development of SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.
- Lead interface and proxy programming and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Support and lead S/4HANA migration, data migration, and system conversion activities.
- Work with functional teams to understand requirements across FI/CO and MM and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and prepare Technical Design Documents / Technical Specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development follows SAP standards, best practices, and performance guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level ABAP developers.




- Manage complex production incidents and provide root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Monitor SAP applications and interfaces in real time and proactively identify technical issues.
- Support functional and integration testing, including SOAP/web-service testing and interface validation.
- Collaborate with SAP PI/PO and CPI teams for enterprise integration requirements.
- Manage client-facing communication and participate in technical workshops, requirement discussions, and solution reviews.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Support ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, and release management.

Required Technical Skills :

- 7 - 10 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA ABAP development.
- Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP.

- Experience with ABAP performance tuning and optimization.
- Knowledge of LSMW, BSP, and ABAP Web Dynpro.
- Experience with technical monitoring and troubleshooting of SAP ECC/S/4HANA applications.
- Valuable understanding of SAP FI/CO and MM.
