Role Purpose The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting Salesforce solutions across the organization. The role requires robust hands-on expertise in Salesforce development along with the ability to lead technical discussions, contribute to solution architecture, and guide development teams in delivering scalable and high-quality Salesforce implementations.
The individual will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices, and driving architectural decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user stories and derive technical requirements, tasks, and development estimates.
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using industry best practices.
- Create Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and technical specifications.
- Maintain traceability between business requirements,
technical specifications, and implementation.
- Develop, unit test, deploy, and support Salesforce applications.
- Participate in solution design discussions and architectural decision-making.
- Lead development activities and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Perform code reviews and support peer review activities.
- Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and bug fixing.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them as required.
- Provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to knowledge management, documentation, and best practice sharing.
- Work effectively within Agile delivery teams.
