Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Lead business development initiatives and identify new markets, customers, and revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, distributors, dealers, and business partners.
- Identify and develop high-value accounts and strategic business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product and commercial solutions.
- Handle major enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Lead commercial negotiations related to pricing, payment terms, credit limits, and other business conditions.
- Monitor the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment realization.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure effective follow-up on business opportunities.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer demand,



and industry developments.
- Develop strategies for customer retention, repeat business, and account expansion.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Operations, Dispatch, Supply Chain, and Management for smooth order execution.
- Monitor customer payments and coordinate with the Accounts team for timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, revenue projections, and regular performance reports for management.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and product penetration.
- Guide, mentor, and monitor the performance of sales team members.
- Set sales objectives and monitor individual and team performance against targets.
- Ensure effective CRM/sales-data management and accurate reporting.
- Provide regular business updates and strategic recommendations to senior management
