Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular market visits across North East areas, including Assam and Nagaland, to promote and sell the company’s household products.

- Identify potential dealers, distributors, retailers and business partners and develop new sales opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with vendors, dealers, distributors and key customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information, quotations and commercial support.

- Generate new leads through market visits, networking, referrals and other business-development activities.

- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to convert enquiries into successful sales.

- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure continued business relationships.

- Monitor market conditions, customer preferences and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth.

- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, pricing,



order requirements and customer commitments.

- Maintain proper records of sales visits, leads, enquiries, orders and customer interactions.

- Support the company in expanding its distribution network and strengthening its presence in new markets.

- Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the relevant departments for timely resolution.

- Prepare regular updates and reports regarding market visits, sales activities, business opportunities and customer feedback.

- Travel as required for business development and market expansion activities.
