- Welcome customers visiting the NEXA showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.

- Explain NEXA car models, features, specifications, variants, pricing, finance and insurance options.

- Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives.

- Generate new leads through showroom enquiries, telephone calls, digital enquiries, referrals, and local marketing.

- Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.

- Maintain valuable relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets assigned by the dealership.

- Prepare quotations and assist customers with documentation, loan/finance and insurance processes.

- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, accessories, registration and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

- Keep customers informed about booking status,



vehicle availability and delivery schedules.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings and sales in the dealership's CRM system.

- Participate in showroom promotions, roadshows, exhibitions and other sales activities.

- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally and coordinate with the relevant department for resolution.

- Stay updated on new NEXA models, offers, competitor vehicles and automobile-market trends
