Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time, position based in Pune. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the hydraulic and related industrial sectors. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospects, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing and negotiating quotations, and following up to close sales.

The Senior Sales

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and effective after-sales support. The role also includes tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends,



and contributing to sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

- Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Experience with industrial products, preferably hydraulics or mechanical engineering solutions, and the ability to understand technical specifications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product features and advantages clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Solid organizational, planning, and time management abilities to handle multiple opportunities and accounts efficiently.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales-related software for reporting and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prior experience in a senior or key account sales role and familiarity with the Pune or regional industrial market are advantageous.
