infintii Infra Solutions is looking for an experienced and well-connected Senior Sales Executive to drive business development across premium residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate should have robust existing relationships with architects, interior designers, premium builders, developers and project consultants, along with proven experience in converting these relationships into business opportunities.

This is a relationship-driven sales role where your ability to identify key decision-makers, build long-term partnerships, onboard architects and generate qualified project leads will be critical.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, premium builders, developers and consultants.
- Leverage existing industry contacts to generate qualified leads and new project opportunities.
- Identify upcoming premium residential, villa, commercial, hospitality and high-end projects.
- Onboard new architects and design professionals into infintii Infra Solutions' network.
- Conduct regular architect and builder meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.




- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical/design team to develop suitable automation and ELV solutions.
- Promote solutions including:
- Home Automation
- Lighting Automation
- KNX Solutions
- ELV Solutions
- CCTV & Security
- Audio & Video
- Home Theatre
- Motorized Curtains & Blinds
- Networking
- Hotel Automation
- Access Control & Video Intercom
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations and commercial discussions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → architect onboarding → project identification → proposal → negotiation → order closure.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and follow-up activities through CRM.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and architect referrals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
