We are looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Engineer to join our Haridwar team and take ownership of industrial B2B sales, customer relationships, and business development.

What You'll Do

- Drive the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to order closure
- Develop new industrial customers and strengthen existing accounts
- Meet clients, understand their technical requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Generate enquiries through field visits, networking and customer interactions
- follow up on enquiries and negotiate with customers
- Coordinate with technical, sales support and planning teams for smooth execution
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain healthy customer relationships
- Regularly report sales activities, pipeline and market updates to the Sales Manager

What We're Looking For

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical,



or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial B2B / Technical Sales
- Experience in industrial equipment, pumps, heat exchangers, chillers, HVAC,boiler, water treatment or related products will be preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Good technical understanding and ability to identify customer requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively across Haridwar, Uttarakhand and nearby industrial areas
- Target-oriented with a strong business development mindset
