- Key Account & Order Management:
- Manage high-value and key client accounts, processing complex requests for machinery, maintenance kits, and spare parts.
- Prepare detailed technical-commercial quotations, tenders, and proposals in coordination with Engineering and Estimation teams.
- Lead upselling and cross-selling strategies for high-margin components, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and fast-moving spares.
- Logistics, Supply Chain & Inventory Control:
- Oversee domestic and international shipping logistics, customs documentation, and freight forwarder coordination for timely dispatches.
- Monitor spare parts inventory levels to maintain optimal stock of critical components and prevent stockouts.
- Source specialized or out-of-stock components through external vendor networks, negotiating favorable pricing and priority lead times.
- Technical Guidance & Cross-Departmental Coordination:




- Resolve complex technical inquiries by analyzing assembly drawings, serial numbers, and technical manuals.
- Act as the primary liaison between Clients, Field Sales Engineers, Service Engineers, Production, and Dispatch teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Work with the Accounts department to track customer payment milestones, advance payments, and outstanding receivables.
- Team Leadership & Process Improvement:
- Guide and mentor junior sales coordinators in quotation accuracy, ERP entry, and customer handling standards.
- Maintain sales MIS reports, inquiry-to-order conversion tracking, and pending order pipelines for management review.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
