Job Title: Senior Recruitment Executive Non-IT

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6-7Years

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle full recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT backend roles requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer & onboarding.
- Volume & Niche Hiring: Manage bulk hiring for store managers and specialized hiring for Marketing, Export, Accounts, Graphics,etc.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Store Managers, Operations Team, and HRBPs to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
- Sourcing Channels: Leverage job portals, databases, employee referrals, WhatsApp groups, and walk-ins to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Process & Documentation: Maintain candidate trackers, MIS reports, and ensure compliance with hiring SOPs.
- Employer Branding:



Support in-store and local hiring drives to meet manpower targets.
- Speed & Quality: Ensure TAT for hiring is met without compromising on quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR
- 3-6 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment
- Prior experience in Retail and Manufacturing companies is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing platforms: Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly hiring targets
- Proficient in MS Excel & HRMS tools
