Role & responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from Manpower Requisition to Joining.
- Understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Portals, Employee Referrals, Consultants & Direct Sourcing.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience and organizational fit.
- Coordinate HR, Technical & Management Interviews.
- Drive offer negotiations and ensure timely offer acceptance.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.

Joining & Onboarding

- Own candidate follow-up from Offer Release to Date of Joining.
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and joining formalities.
- Ensure complete employee documentation as per HR requirements.
- Coordinate Day-1 onboarding, induction, HRMS registration and policy briefing.
- Coordinate with IT, Admin and concerned departments for smooth onboarding.
- Ensure proper handover of current employees to the respective Reporting Manager/Department.





Recruitment MIS & Stakeholder Management

- Maintain accurate Recruitment Tracker, Interview Tracker, Offer Tracker & Joining Pipeline.
- Monitor recruitment TAT and proactively follow up on pending positions.
- Prepare recruitment MIS and manpower status reports for Management.
- Work closely with Department Heads and Hiring Managers to understand current and future manpower requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4-7 years of experience in Technical / Engineering Recruitment Experience in Automation / Manufacturing / Electronics / Engineering industry preferred

- Strong exposure to recruitment of Engineers, Programmers, Technicians, Production, Project & Shop-Floor manpower
- Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn sourcing
- Strong candidate engagement, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions with tight hiring timelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
