Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python development, backend architecture, API development, database management, and writing scalable and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party APIs.
- Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Design and optimize databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production-related problems.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure development standards and best practices are followed.
- Implement security, performance, and scalability best practices.
- Work with Git/version control systems and follow proper development workflows.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and support the team in solving technical challenges.

Required Skills




- 3–5 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming and OOP concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB.
- Valuable understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Knowledge of debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with AWS / Azure / Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Redis, Celery, or background task processing.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience working with AI/ML APIs or AI-based applications will be an advantage.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
