nWho are we looking for?

n

n
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology
n
- M.Phil / Ph.D. will be an added advantage
n
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on psychotherapy experience
n
- Solid foundation in CBT / REBT is a MUST
n
- Training/certification in CBT, REBT, ACT, DBT, ERP , or other evidence-based approaches is preferred
n
- Strong case conceptualisation and therapy-planning skills
n




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach

nRoles & Responsibilities

n

n
- Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions independently
n
- Assess presenting concerns and develop appropriate case formulations
n
- Develop structured, goal-oriented therapy plans
n
- Work with concerns such as anxiety, overthinking, stress, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, OCD, mood-related concerns, and behavioural difficulties
n
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual client needs
n

n⚠️ Important: Internships, academic experience, and supervised training undertaken as part of a degree will not be considered equivalent to the required 3 years of post-qualification professional experience.
