Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Presales/Solutions to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of RFI/RFP/Proposals/Presentations across Internal/External client/institutional engagements. This role is responsible for translating solution designs into actionable project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, high-quality proposals. The ideal candidate has solid project management fundamentals combined with an experience in managing Proposals, RFP, RFI’s, Estimation etc.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end Proposal Management — from requirement handover (From Sales) to Final Proposal Submission to the client.
- Ensure timely execution of the proposals/RFI’s/Presentations to the Internal/External Customers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams — Sales/Account Manager/ Marketing/Business Development/academics/content, technology, operations, and delivery — to ensure seamless execution, accuracy in solutioning and estimation and delivery..
- Track progresses, risks, dependencies, and budgets; proactively flag and resolve roadblocks.
- Keep the stakeholders informed. Prioritization and De-prioritisation of the tasks.
- Files management and version controlling.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales/AM/Delivery/Leadership team for solutions..
- Drive governance cadence — status calls, steering committee updates, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure quality and compliance of deliverables against the agreed solution scope (SLAs, academic standards, technology specs).




- Build and maintain project documentation
- Contribute to process improvement — refine PM frameworks, templates, and best practices for solution delivery.
- Mentor junior project managers/coordinators within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–12 years of experience in project management, with at least 2–3 years in EdTech, education, or solutioning-heavy environments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects involving academic, technology, and operations teams.
- Excellent organizational skills — able to manage multiple projects/timelines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including direct client/institutional interfacing experience.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable tracking KPIs, budgets, and project health metrics.
- Problem-solving orientation — able to anticipate risks and drive resolutions proactively.

Good to Have · PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM (or equivalent) certification.

· Prior experience in a K12, Higher Ed, or Workforce EdTech company.

· Exposure to solution/product implementation cycles (LMS rollouts, content deployment, tech integrations).

· MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
