Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery for office furniture installations and related services. This role includes planning project scope and timelines, coordinating with clients, design teams, production, and installation crews to ensure projects are executed on schedule and within budget.

The Senior Project

Manager will manage expediting activities, monitor logistics and inspection processes, and proactively resolve issues that affect quality, cost, or delivery. Daily responsibilities include reviewing project progress, preparing status reports, managing risks, leading project meetings, and ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations. The role also involves mentoring project team members, optimizing workflows,



and contributing to continuous improvement of project management practices.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management methodology, planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with expediting processes, including work as an Expeditor and hands-on Expediting to keep materials, production, and installations on schedule.
- Knowledge of quality and compliance practices, with skills in Inspection to ensure products and installations meet specifications and safety standards.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, deliveries, and on-site handling of materials and finished furniture.
- Proven experience managing large or complex projects, ideally in furniture, interiors, manufacturing, construction, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with capacity to lead cross-functional teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk management and decision-making under time and cost constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, architecture, interior design, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
- Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or production planning systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Bengaluru and travel to client and vendor locations as required.
