Position: Senior Production Officer

Reporting To: Production Manager / Plant Head

Location: Vapi / Pardi

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and monitor daily production activities as per production targets and schedules.
- Ensure smooth and effective operation of oil manufacturing and processing activities.
- Monitor production processes, machinery, equipment, and operating parameters.
- Manage production manpower and allocate duties according to production requirements.
- Ensure production is carried out as per SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, Packing, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor raw material availability and ensure optimum utilization of materials.
- Maintain production records, batch records, shift reports,



and other required documentation.
- Identify production issues, process deviations, and breakdowns and coordinate for timely corrective action.
- Minimize production losses, wastage, and downtime.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the production area.
- Monitor plant and equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, PPE requirements, and statutory safety procedures.
- Train, guide, and supervise production operators and workers.
- Prepare daily production repo

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
