Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Canada, responsible for leading and overseeing complex immigration and visa consulting projects. This position manages project planning, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure smooth delivery of client services, coordinating closely with consultants, operations, and logistics teams.

The Senior Project

Manager tracks project milestones, identifies risks, and implements corrective actions to keep engagements on schedule and within scope. Day-to-day tasks include supervising project teams, monitoring expediting activities, aligning inspection and documentation workflows,



and optimizing logistics management processes related to client files and submissions. The role also involves stakeholder communication, performance reporting, process improvement, and mentoring team members to uphold service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong project management capabilities, including Project Management and experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting activities to meet tight deadlines and regulatory timelines.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control standards related to documentation and compliance checks.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, especially in coordinating documents, schedules, and interactions with external authorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, operations, or a related field; advanced certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive process improvements in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
- Experience in immigration, legal services, or related domains is highly desirable, along with familiarity with Canadian immigration procedures.
