Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate will have solid product management expertise, customer-centric thinking, analytical skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through launch and optimization.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, features, and user stories.
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, and business teams to deliver product capabilities.
- Prioritize product backlog based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and dependencies.
- Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and market assessment to identify product opportunities.
- Define and monitor KPIs, adoption, engagement, and product performance metrics.




- Use data and customer insights to drive product decisions and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior Product Managers and contribute to product management best practices.

Required Skills

- 8–12 years of overall experience, with strong experience in Product Management/Digital Product Management.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or customer-facing digital products.
- Solid expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.
- Robust understanding of UX, customer journeys, analytics, and digital platforms.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with global and distributed teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
