Role Description This is primarily a client communication and process support role. Tax return preparation experience is an advantage, but it is not the main selection criterion. We place greater emphasis on qualified communication, experience handling US clients, and the ability to follow a structured process.

**Key responsibilities

- Guide clients through the tax filing process and provide timely updates.
- Explain documentation requirements, collect supporting documents,



and follow up on missing information.
- Coordinate with the tax preparation team to ensure client information is complete and accurate.
- Walk clients through computations prepared by the tax team, clearly explaining income, deductions, tax liability, and refunds.
- Communicate tax planning guidance approved by the tax team and refer technical questions to the appropriate specialist.
- Maintain accurate client records, manage follow-ups, and protect client confidentiality.

Who can apply?
- Professionals with experience in any US process, including voice support, customer service, banking, insurance, mortgage, or collections.
- Candidates with excellent spoken and written English and confidence in handling US client calls.
- Individuals with strong listening skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Candidates willing to learn US tax concepts and work night shifts.

Previous US process experience and the ability to independently manage client interactions, follow-ups, and escalations. US taxation experience is an added advantage.**
