Stone Mark Tax LLC is hiring experienced professionals and freshers with excellent English communication skills to support our US tax clients.

This role focuses on client communication, documentation, process coordination and explaining tax computations prepared by our tax team. Prior tax return preparation experience is an advantage, but is not essential. Strong communication and the ability to follow a structured process are our main selection criteria.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with US clients through calls, emails and follow-ups.
- Explain documentation requirements, collect supporting documents and follow up on missing information.
- Guide clients through the tax filing process and keep them updated.
- Coordinate with the tax preparation team to ensure complete and accurate client information.
- Explain tax computations, including income, deductions, tax liability and refunds,



based on the tax teams review.
- Communicate tax planning guidance approved by the tax team and refer technical questions to the appropriate specialist.
- Maintain accurate client records and protect confidential information.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confidence in handling US client conversations.
- Strong listening, organisational and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn US tax concepts and follow established procedures.
- Availability to work night shifts.

Experienced Applicants

Candidates with experience in any US process are welcome, including customer support, banking, insurance, mortgage, collections and other voice processes. US taxation experience is an added advantage.

Senior applicants should be able to independently manage client interactions, documentation follow-ups and escalations.Role & responsibilities
