About the Job SFL is India's biggest multi-sport academy for kids. We have 60+ centers in Mumbai and Pune. We teach football, badminton, table tennis, tennis and more. We need a Tele Sales Executive to call parents who have shown interest in our sports classes. Your job is to talk to them, understand which sport their child likes, and book a trial class.
What You Will Do Call parents who show high intent for booking a trial,
or using our services/products Explain our sports programs in a simple way Book trial classes at the nearest SFL center Follow up with parents on WhatsApp and calls Update lead status in our system every day Hit your monthly target of trial bookings and enrollments Who Can Apply 1 to 3 years of tele-calling or tele-sales experience Positive spoken English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus) Clear voice and confident on phone Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer Can handle "no" from customers and keep calling Good to Have Worked in EdTech, coaching classes, gym, or sports Experience in calling parents Used CRM tools like LeadSquared or Zoho Why Join SFL Fixed salary + good incentives (top performers earn ₹25,000+ extra) Work with a fast-growing company Friendly team and training given Office in Andheri East (close to Metro)
