We are looking for Senior Presales Engineers with a strong technical/engineering background and hands-on experience in Cloud, Cloud Migration, Identity & Access Management (IDAM), Microsoft 365, or Cloud Infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of technology and be capable of translating technical requirements into practical solutions. This is a technical presales role, and candidates with only presentation, client pitching, or commercial presales experience will not be suitable.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to develop solution proposals.
- Provide technical expertise during client discussions and solution discovery.
- Design and explain solutions related to Cloud,
Microsoft 365, Cloud Migration, IDAM and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, presentations, BOMs and responses to RFP/RFQs.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts where required.
- Support cloud migration and infrastructure solution planning.
- Analyze existing customer environments and suggest suitable migration or modernization approaches.
- Collaborate with implementation and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible.
- Stay updated with cloud platforms, Microsoft technologies, security and identity solutions.
