We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps), automating business processes using Power Automate, and working extensively with Dataverse. Experience with Power BI is desirable for supporting analytics and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement applications using Power Apps (primarily Canvas Apps; Model-Driven Apps is a plus).
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation (cloud flows, approval workflows, integrations).
- Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse, including schema design, relationships, data modelling, and security roles.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with APIs, connectors, and external systems as required.
- Create basic to intermediate Power BI reports/dashboards to support application use cases
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and convert them into technical designs and functional apps.
- Prepare technical documentation, perform unit testing, and support UAT and deployment.
- Work with cross-functional teams and ensure solutions follow best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance,



and ensure smooth operation of Power Platform applications.

Skills & Experience

- 6–8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power Apps (Canvas Apps required; Model-Driven Apps is a plus)
- Power Automate (cloud flows, integrations)
- Dataverse (tables, relationships, business rules, security roles)
- Practical experience in building end-to-end business applications using Power Platform components.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform connectors, environment strategy, and solution management.
- Experience in API integration and usage of custom connectors.
- Ability to produce explicit technical documentation, solution designs, and process flows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written).

Good-to-Have / Preferred

- Experience with Power BI for creating supporting reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of ALM for Power Platform using Azure DevOps.
- Microsoft certifications like PL-100, PL-200, PL-400.
- Experience with security, governance, and environment management for Power Platform.
- Experience mentoring or guiding team members.
