About the Project

This position is part of a construction project at Palhera, Meerut, involving development of UPSRTC Maintenance Workshop/Depot facilities being constructed by NCRTC for the Delhi-Meerut RRTS Corridor. The scope includes administrative buildings, depot/workshop structures, PEB and steel structures, maintenance pits, roads and associated civil, structural, architectural and electrical works.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to manage project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring for the Meerut construction project.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and update project work programmes and construction schedules.
- Track planned versus actual progress.
- Collect activity-wise progress from site teams.
- Monitor progress of civil, structural, architectural and associated works.
- Identify delays, bottlenecks and schedule risks.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and project management for progress updates.
- Assist in preparation of recovery and catch-up plans.
- Monitor manpower and resource deployment against project requirements.
- Prepare regular progress reports.




- Maintain planning and project progress documentation.
- Coordinate with execution teams to ensure planned activities are completed on schedule.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar works.
- Strong understanding of construction planning and project scheduling.
- Positive analytical, coordination and reporting skills.
- Experience in infrastructure/construction projects preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
