NKey Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, consumer-facing web applications using LAMP stack technologies.
N
- Architect and optimize Elasticsearch-based indexing and querying systems. Build and manage RESTful APIs that power our front-end application. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, DevOps, and product managers.
N
- Ensure system security through best practices, including XSS, CSRF, and input validation.
N
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
N
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers as needed.
N
- Work with version control systems (Git preferred) for source code management.
N
- Maintain and optimize MySQL and MongoDB schemas, queries, and performance.
N
- Contribute to deployment processes with a working understanding of nginx, AWS, and other DevOps tools.
N
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and consider their use where beneficial (AI/ML integration is a plus).

Requirements

- 6–8 years of experience in backend development with strong PHP expertise.
N
- Solid command over MVC frameworks like Laravel. Proficiency in MySQL database design and performance tuning.
N
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Elasticsearch (index architecture,



querying, optimization).
N
- Experience with REST API creation and integration. Familiarity with JavaScript and jQuery.
N
- Comfort with nginx as both a development and deployment environment.

Proficient in using Git or similar version control systems.

nMinimum Qualifications:

NBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

NStrong foundational knowledge of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.

NGood to Have:

- Exposure to AWS, Akamai, or other cloud/CDN services.

- Understanding of DevOpstools and CI/CD processes.

- Exposure to AI/ML implementation along with Python.

- Knowledge of application security best practices and mitigation strategies.
