Life is too short to do mediocre work.

We're a small company. So, I've decided to offer some benefits that most companies in India won't offer. And hopefully, you'll want to come work with me.

Here they go

- Toption will be a calm company with no deadlines (atleast most of the time). I think that creativity can't be rushed.
- You can take holidays whenever you want to take. We will offer 30 paid leaves in a year. Please take them when it makes most sense for you, not when the government wants you to take. So, if you want to come work on a Sunday or a national holiday, do so. Then trade that for a weekday if you want to go on a trip during an off-season. I'll trust you to get your work done.
- Sorry, this is a non-negotiable. We won't tolerate bad mouthing. I spoke to many people working at other marketing agencies. And it seems people talk behind people's back. About their colleagues, about their employer, and about their clients.



We're going to create a space where people feel secure enough to share what they have in mind, without feeling like someone's going to tear them to pieces behind their back. If you have an opinion, it'll be heard without judgement.
- The pay will be above market. I hope to change your tax bracket, even if not on Day 0. We'll make Nirmala Sitharaman proud(er). That's my goal.

In exchange, I'm going to demand that we do our life's best work. Do work your parents will show off to their friends and relatives. Do work that almost shocks our clients. You spend most of your life working... might as well do a great job at it.
