We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with robust hands-on development experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform and experience working within the Banking / Trade Finance domain.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise Pega applications supporting complex Trade Finance workflows and transaction-processing functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong Pega development and integration experience along with exposure to HP NonStop/Tandem and STRATS environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and enhance applications using Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.
- Develop complex case-management and workflow solutions supporting Trade Finance operations.
- Configure and develop Pega components including:
- Case Types
- Stages and Processes
- Flows and Flow Actions
- Activities
- Data Transforms
- Data Pages
- Decision Tables / Decision Trees
- Declarative Rules
- Validation Rules
- Sections and UI components
- Queue Processors / Job Schedulers
- Connectors and Services
- Design and develop integrations between Pega and upstream/downstream banking systems.
- Work with HP NonStop/Tandem and STRATS integrations within the Trade Finance ecosystem.
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP services and JSON/XML-based interfaces.
- Work with synchronous and asynchronous transaction-processing workflows.
- Implement validations, exception handling, retry mechanisms, error handling, and transaction reconciliation.
- Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and production issues.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, integration testing, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, Product Owners, and Trade Finance SMEs.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, resiliency, auditability, performance, and data integrity.

- Upstream/downstream STRATS integrations
- Transaction and data flows between Pega, STRATS, and other banking applications
- Interface troubleshooting
- Exception and transaction-processing support

Direct experience with Pega + STRATS integration would be a strong advantage.
