Role Description This is a contract, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Oracle Fusion & Field Service Integration Consultant. The consultant is responsible for designing and implementing integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and field service systems, ensuring seamless data flow and robust performance.

Day-to-day activities include analyzing business processes, gathering and refining requirements, configuring Oracle applications, and developing integration workflows and interfaces. The role also involves troubleshooting integration issues, optimizing existing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and preparing technical and functional documentation.



The consultant will engage with business and technical stakeholders to provide guidance on best practices, system enhancements, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion and field service integrations.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization, with experience mapping requirements to Oracle Fusion and field service solutions.
- Proven Consulting skills, including stakeholder management, requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation support.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle HR and related Oracle Applications modules, including configuration, customization, and integration aspects.
- Practical experience in Integration design and development, using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms to connect Oracle Fusion with field service systems.
- Relevant experience in field service operations or service management environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to create clear technical and functional documentation and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with AI-driven platforms, cloud technologies, and security best practices in enterprise integrations is an advantage.
- Capacity to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to a rapid-paced, innovation-focused environment.
