About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend / Database Engineer to manage enterprise data processing, async messaging, and real-time analytics. You will bridge traditional relational databases with high-throughput messaging, caching, and fast analytical storage to support mission-critical backend systems.

Responsibilities

- Design, optimize, and maintain complex backend services integrated with Oracle DB.

- Architect real-time analytics pipelines and aggregation queries using ClickHouse.

- Implement reliable event-driven messaging and async task queues via RabbitMQ.

- Optimize application performance and reduce database load using Redis caching strategies.

- Write productive PL/SQL procedures, optimize complex SQL queries, and handle data migration.

- Ensure data consistency, security, and high availability across relational, OLAP, and queuing systems.

Requirements





- 7+ years of backend or database engineering experience.

- Hands-on expertise with Oracle DB (PL/SQL, query optimization, indexing).

- Proven experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, and ClickHouse.

- Strong backend coding skills in Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.

- Deep understanding of enterprise data architectures, distributed systems, and microservices.

Pay: ₹2,300,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
