nJob Summary

nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Techno Functional Consultant with 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, configuration, testing, production support and payroll business processes.

nThe consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR/Payroll teams, technical teams and project leadership to deliver scalable Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions.

- Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct Fit-Gap analysis.

- Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll based on business and statutory requirements.

- Handle end-to-end payroll processing and validation.

- Work on payroll costing, accounting and reconciliation with Finance/GL teams.

- Support data migration and validation activities.

- Prepare Functional Solution Design documents,



configuration workbooks and functional specifications.
n
- Design and execute SIT, UAT, regression and parallel payroll testing.
n
- Participate in CRP, UAT, cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare activities.
n
- Analyze payroll calculation issues involving earnings, deductions, taxes, balances and payments.
n
- Perform root-cause analysis and provide functional solutions.
n
- Work with technical teams on Fast Formula, BI Publisher.
n
- Coordinate with Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Compensation and Finance teams for integrated business processes.
n
- Provide production/L2-L3 support and resolve critical payroll issues.
n
- Support Oracle quarterly releases and assess the impact of new features and legislative updates.
n
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides and knowledge-transfer material.
n
- Conduct client/business-user training and configuration walkthroughs.
n
- Mentor junior functional consultants and provide functional leadership.
n

nMandatory Skills

n

n
- 8+ years of relevant Oracle HCM experience, with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud/Fusion Payroll.
n
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration.
n




- Minimum 2–3 Oracle Payroll implementation/support projects preferred.
n
- At least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation preferred.
n
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, elements, balances, costing, payments and reconciliation.
n
- Experience in SIT, UAT, parallel payroll testing and Go-Live.
n
- Robust knowledge of payroll business processes and statutory requirements.
n
- Experience working with Core HR and at least one of OTL, Absence Management.
n
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

nEducation

nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline.

nIdeal Candidate Profile

nWe are looking for Functional 70% and Technical 30% work Experience, Relevant experience with 8+ years specifically in Oracle Cloud/Fusion Payroll, strong hands-on configuration experience, multiple implementation/support projects, excellent payroll domain knowledge, and the ability to independently manage functional discussions with clients and business stakeholders.
