Skills Required:

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Logistics, EXIM, Customs, SEZ, FTWZ, Warehousing, or International Trade Operations.
- Strong and practical understanding of Import & Export processes.
- Excellent knowledge of Customs clearance and EXIM documentation.
- Strong understanding of SEZ and FTWZ operations and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in bonded warehousing and customs-controlled operations will be highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of shipment documentation and operational procedures.
- Experience in managing CHA/Customs Brokers, transporters, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics partners.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, ERP/WMS, and operational reporting systems.
- Ability to independently handle complex operational matters and escalations.
- Strong focus on compliance, accuracy, timelines, and customer service.

KRAs:

- Manage end-to-end Import & Export and FTWZ operations.
- Possess strong practical knowledge of the complete EXIM cycle,



from documentation and cargo arrival to customs clearance, movement, storage, dispatch, and closure.
- Ensure smooth handling of Customs clearance, cargo movement, warehousing, inventory, and dispatch.
- Strongly oversee EXIM and Customs documentation, including Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, invoices, packing lists, etc.
- Ensure compliance with SEZ, FTWZ, Customs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Customs/SEZ authorities, CHA/Customs Brokers, shipping lines, transporters, clients, and internal teams.
- Manage and resolve operational issues, delays, queries, and escalations.
- Lead and monitor the operations team and ensure adherence to SOPs and timelines.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, documentation accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and monitor operational MIS, reports, and compliance records.
- Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all inward, outward, transfer, and clearance transactions.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to improve turnaround time and service quality.
