Role Description The Senior Officer Electrical role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Gadepan plants in Kota, Rajasthan. The role involves overseeing electrical systems across the fertiliser plants, including power distribution, electrical equipment, and wiring to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining electrical infrastructure, troubleshooting faults, coordinating repairs, and supporting preventive and predictive maintenance activities.





The Senior Officer

Electrical will collaborate with operations, instrumentation, and maintenance teams to support plant uptime, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. The role also includes preparing technical documentation and reports, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in electrical systems.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Electricity and Electrical Engineering, with the ability to apply these principles in large-scale industrial or process plant environments.
- Hands-on experience with Electrical Wiring, power distribution panels, and industrial electrical installations, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Exposure to Instrumentation and control systems associated with fertiliser, chemical, or similar process industries is preferred.
- Ability to conduct and support Training for technical staff on electrical safety, equipment handling, and standard operating procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience in continuous process plants (fertiliser, petrochemical, or similar) will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
