About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET/C# PC Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Windows-based applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in C# and .NET technologies, robust experience in desktop or service-layer development, and hands-on knowledge of secure API communication using REST and gRPC. This role involves building scalable application components, integrating with distributed services,



and contributing to next-generation AI-enabled PC solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:

- Develop Windows application components for goal intake, task coordination, and external communication.
- Design and implement scalable desktop and service-layer application features using C# and .NET.
- Integrate with backend and orchestration services using REST APIs and gRPC.
- Invoke Windows platform services and local APIs to support application functionality.
- Implement secure communication mechanisms using TLS/mTLS and certificate-based authentication.
- Collaborate closely with architecture, security, integration, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root cause analysis.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Support delivery of AI-enabled PC application capabilities and integrations where applicable.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Own technical delivery for assigned components from development through deployment and support.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of software development experience with strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
- Hands-on experience developing Windows desktop applications, services, or service-layer components.




- Strong experience integrating applications with REST APIs and gRPC services.
- Experience invoking and integrating with Windows Services APIs.
- Solid understanding of secure communication protocols including TLS/mTLS.
- Experience implementing X.509 certificate-based authentication and authorization.
- Strong knowledge of Windows platform internals, service lifecycle management, threading, and diagnostics.
- Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.
- Understanding of distributed systems and microservices-based architectures.
- Exposure to AI/ML, local AI runtime integration, AI agents, or tool orchestration frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with Python or Rust is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile development environment.
