What will you own

- You will own the CredFix consumer app end to end — architecture, code, releases, and what users experience on their phones.
- Take the Flutter codebase from early stage to a production app on both stores, and own the architecture decisions that get it there.
- Build the shared component library and design system in Flutter, so screens are assembled rather than rewritten.
- Set the low-level design standard: clean layering, state management, dependency boundaries, and code a new joiner can read.
- Own the release pipeline — build flavours, signing, CI/CD, staged rollouts, crash and performance monitoring, and the response when a release goes wrong.
- Integrate what a lending app needs: KYC and document capture, payment and UPI flows, push notifications, deep links, and secure local storage.
- Work directly with design, product, and backend to decide what ships, and say plainly when something should not.

Skills And Experience Required

- 5+ years building mobile applications, with at least 3 years of production Flutter and Dart.



Apps you have shipped and maintained on the Play Store and App Store — tell us which ones, and what you owned in them.
- Deep Flutter fundamentals: widget lifecycle, render pipeline, custom widgets, animations, and debugging jank with DevTools.
- A considered position on state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider or similar) and a clear reason for it, not a preference by habit.
- Clean, modular app architecture: clear separation of UI, domain, and data; dependency injection; testable code; reusable components rather than copy-paste screens.
- REST API integration done properly — error and retry handling, offline and poornetwork behaviour, caching, and local persistence.
- Enough native Android and iOS to write a platform channel, read a native crash log, and handle permissions, background work, and store review issues yourself.
- Release ownership: CI/CD for mobile, versioning and rollout strategy, crash reporting, and performance monitoring in production.
- Testing habits you do not need to be reminded about — widget and unit tests, plus whatever integration coverage the risk warrants.

- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for execution, including the pixels.
