Machine Design | Material Handling | Industrial Automation

Experience: 8–12 Years in same

Location: Bangalore, India – Supporting USA Customers

Key Responsibilities

- Design industrial machinery, conveyors, material handling systems and automation equipment.
- Develop 3D models, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings and BOMs.
- Perform engineering calculations, component selection and design validation.
- Apply DFM/DFA, GD&T; and value engineering principles.
- Lead design reviews and coordinate with USA customers, manufacturing and automation teams.
- Support machine assembly, FAT, commissioning and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong expertise in SolidWorks / Inventor.
- Experience in SPM, robotic automation, conveyors, jigs and fixtures.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, gearboxes and linear motion systems.
- Robust understanding of sheet metal, fabrication, machining and machine safety standards.
