Senior Marketing Manager - Mortgages & Loans

Build one of the most exciting growth businesses in banking. We're looking for a Senior Manager (8-10 years experience) to lead marketing for Kotak's Mortgages & Loans business. This is not a traditional marketing role. It's a modern, full-funnel role that sits at the intersection of consumer insights, content, brand, performance marketing, and business growth.

You'll shape propositions, create compelling campaigns, drive customer acquisition and engagement, and work across every stage of the funnel, from awareness to conversion.

What you'll do:

- Translate customer insights into robust marketing propositions and campaigns
- Lead integrated marketing across digital, D2C, social media, influencers and partnerships
- Drive acquisition, engagement and business growth across Loans products
- Build content-led customer journeys across the funnel
- Partner with product, analytics, media and agency teams to deliver measurable outcomes
- Own campaign performance, optimisation and business impact

Who we're looking for:

- 8-10 years of consumer marketing experience
- Strong storytelling, communication, and content skills




- Someone equally comfortable with creative ideas and business numbers
- Hands-on marketer with a digital-first mindset
- Passion for building brands, campaigns, and growth engines
- MBA from a premier institute
- Experience with a leading financial services brand, top-tier consumer brand, consumer tech company, or a Top 3 advertising agency working on large FMCG or consumer brands.
- Strong foundation in consumer marketing, brand building, and communications
- Proven ability to combine customer insight, creativity, and business impact
- Exposure to digital-first marketing, content, performance marketing, and integrated campaigns is highly desirable
