Senior Marketing Manager – IT

About the Role we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies, drive brand awareness, generate qualified B2B leads, and accelerate business growth in international markets.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling IT services, software solutions, CRM/ERP systems, automation, and technology consulting to B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to generate current IT sales opportunities.
- Identify prospective clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, Upwork, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Conduct calls and understand client business requirements.
- Present our services and technology solutions to potential clients.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and SOWs.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.




- Develop existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare accurate solutions and estimates.
- Maintain CRM data, sales reports, forecasts, and opportunity updates.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 2 – 4+ years of experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of selling IT services or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience selling to international markets is preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, cold email, or other lead-generation platforms.
- Ability to communicate with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Strong commercial understanding and proposal-writing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
