We are looking for a senior, hands-on marketing leader to build and lead Slick Blinds' internal marketing function and drive measurable growth across B2CH, B2B, and D2C.

The role will own marketing strategy, demand generation, campaign execution, performance marketing, brand and content, analytics, team development, agency management, and marketing-driven revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across B2CH, B2B, and D2C.
- Build annual and quarterly marketing plans, budgets, campaigns, and measurable targets.
- Drive qualified lead generation, pipeline growth, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue.
- Develop dealer recruitment and channel marketing programs across priority US markets.
- Build B2B marketing programs targeting architects, designers, builders, contractors, developers, property managers, hospitality, healthcare, and education sectors.
- Own D2C customer acquisition across Google, social media, shopping, email, SMS, marketplaces, affiliates, referrals, retargeting, and local marketing.
- Manage the complete marketing funnel from awareness and lead generation through qualification, conversion, retention, reviews, and referrals.
- Track and optimize MQLs, SQLs, qualified appointments, opportunities, CAC, ROAS, ROI, conversion rates, and marketing-sourced revenue.
- Lead SEO, SEM, paid search, paid social, content marketing, email/lifecycle marketing, CRO, CRM, and marketing analytics.
- Develop brand, content, creative, website, landing page, sales collateral, case study, and dealer marketing strategies.
- Build and manage the internal marketing team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and SOP development.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and external marketing partners.
- Establish reliable CRM, analytics, attribution, campaign tracking, dashboards, and marketing reporting.
- Use AI and automation to improve research, content production, personalization, reporting,



and marketing operations.
- Work closely with sales, operations, finance, e-commerce, IT, and US-based stakeholders to align marketing with business goals.

Candidate Requirements

- 1218 years of progressive marketing experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a multidisciplinary marketing team.
- Proven experience owning marketing budgets, agencies, campaigns, and measurable business results.
- Strong US-market marketing experience is required.
- Experience in at least two of the following areas:

- B2B demand generation

- Dealer/channel marketing
- D2C/e-commerce

- Home improvement

- Home furnishing/interiors

- Building products

- Consumer durables
- Retail or multi-location services
- Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing, SEO, paid search/social, CRM, analytics, content, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads, pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Experience building and developing marketing teams and managing agencies/freelancers.
- Strong strategic, analytical, commercial, communication, and execution skills.
- MBA/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

Work Arrangement

- Based in Hyderabad, India.
- Full time position.
- Candidate must be willing to work from the company-designated Hyderabad location.
- Approximately 4 hours of regular overlap with US Central Time on most working days.
- Occasional extended hours or travel may be required based on business needs.
