- Lead and manage the complete Tool Room operations
- Handle mold design, manufacturing, maintenance, modification & repair
- Plan and monitor new mold development and mold trials
- Ensure timely completion of tooling projects as per quality and delivery targets
- Manage CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, VMC, grinding and conventional machining activities
- Troubleshoot mold and tooling-related issues
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design & Engineering teams
- Manage manpower, tooling costs, maintenance schedules and productivity
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime and tooling-related rejections
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/BE in Mechanical/Tool & Die/Production Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience in plastic injection molds and tool room operations
- Valuable knowledge of mold construction, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong team management and problem-solving skills
