Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager – Security to lead and manage the organisation’s overall security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of employees, visitors, facilities, assets, and important events across locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee overall security operations across the organisation and multiple locations.
- Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, protocols, and emergency response procedures.
- Manage and supervise security personnel, supervisors, and security agencies.
- Plan and deploy security manpower based on location, shifts, events, and risk levels.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments, inspections, and audits and implement corrective measures.
- Oversee CCTV surveillance, access control, visitor management, alarm systems, and other security systems.
- Coordinate security arrangements for VIP visits, major events, programmes, and high-footfall activities.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, thefts, disputes, fire incidents, and other crisis situations.
- Liaise with police, fire & rescue services, government authorities, and other external agencies when required.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with security, safety, fire, and emergency protocols.
- Conduct security training, drills, briefings, and awareness programmes for security staff and employees.
- Manage security vendors, contracts, manpower deployment, and service performance.
- Monitor security-related budgets, equipment, and operational requirements.
- Prepare security reports, incident reports, risk assessments,



and MIS reports for management.
- Continuously review and strengthen security systems based on emerging risks and operational requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate degree preferred; relevant security management / defence / police background will be an advantage.
- 8 years of relevant experience in security operations, preferably with experience in a managerial/senior leadership role.
- Experience managing large security teams and multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, surveillance, access control, emergency response, and risk management.
- Experience in handling large events, VIP security, and high-footfall locations is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm and take effective decisions during emergencies and critical situations.
- Willingness to travel across locations in India as required.
