Senior Manager Production-10+years-Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Production to lead video, motion and creative production for a fast-growing digital/e-commerce organization. The role involves driving AI-powered creative production, building scalable content processes and leading a high-performing creative production team.

Responsibilities -

1. Lead the overall motion and video content strategy across marketing channels and digital experiences.
2. Manage the end-to-end production lifecycle including storyboarding, editing, animation, sound design and final creative delivery.
3. Integrate GenAI tools into ideation, content creation, visual refinement and production workflows.
4. Develop culturally relevant and engaging video content for audiences across Tier 2, 3 and 4 markets.
5. Build scalable production processes, quality standards and execution playbooks.
6. Drive creative experimentation, content testing and optimization using data and audience insights.
7. Build, mentor and manage a team of motion designers, editors and video specialists.
8. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, Creative and Category teams.
9. Stay updated with emerging video, motion, AI and digital content trends.

Requirements -

1. 10+ years of relevant experience in video production, motion, creative production or related areas.
2. Strong experience in managing end-to-end video and motion production.
3. Hands-on understanding of GenAI tools and AI-powered creative workflows.
4. Experience working across digital platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube and Reels.
5. Strong team management, stakeholder management and creative leadership skills.
6. Experience in high-volume or large-scale content production environments.
7.



Strong understanding of culturally relevant storytelling and digital content.
8. Ability to combine creative problem-solving with business and performance objectives.
