Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end procurement for interior fit-out, renovation, and refurbishment projects across Stanza Living properties.

- Develop procurement strategies and manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and performance across locations.

- Drive commercial negotiations, cost savings, rate contracts, and vendor consolidation.

- Oversee procurement of civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, false ceiling, furniture, fixtures, and other interior materials.

- Ensure procurement is aligned with BOQs, budgets, quality standards, and project timelines.

- Partner with Projects, Design, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure timely execution across multiple properties.

- Lead the procurement team and maintain MIS, vendor database,



rate cards, and project-wise procurement reports.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 8-12 years of experience in procurement, with mandatory experience in interior fit-out, construction, real estate, hospitality, co-living, or property management.

- Solid knowledge of interior/construction materials, vendor markets, and commercial negotiations.

- Proven experience in cost optimization and managing multiple projects/locations.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
