Position Title: Manager / Sr. Manager – Finance (Global Payroll & Compliance)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance professional to manage Global Payroll while also ensuring company-wide compliance across multiple geographies. This role goes beyond payroll processing—it requires strong expertise in compliance frameworks, governance, and cross-border statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership, HR, Finance, and Legal teams to drive accurate, timely, and compliant processes that support the company’s global operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end global payroll across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure global company compliance, including tax, social security, labor laws, and statutory reporting requirements across regions.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal,



and leadership to align payroll and compliance practices with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Oversee payroll vendor relationships, including contract management, SLA adherence, and performance reviews.
- Lead payroll and compliance audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities, collaborating with internal and external auditors.
- Stay current on changes in global payroll laws, corporate compliance frameworks, and regulatory developments, advising leadership on risks and impacts.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization for payroll and compliance practices globally.
- Provide insights and reports on payroll and compliance matters to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Handle employee queries, escalations, and complex payroll issues with a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in global payroll and compliance, with at least 2 years in a multi-country role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, corporate compliance requirements, and statutory filings across multiple regions.
- Experience managing payroll vendors and global systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Proven track record of ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and governance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in technology or multinational companies.
- Knowledge of international tax laws, expatriate payroll, and cross-border compliance frameworks.




- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
